Would you believe! here we are in August and it's cold, wet and miserable. As I look out on to my garden even the flowers, shrubs and apple tree look as though they are feeling sorry for themselves. Nigel has just commented "Do you think we might have to put the heating on later?"
It's raining, again :) but the positive side is that the lawn looks so fresh and green normally at this time of year it's brown and well trodden from the Nigel & Karl playing badminton; however, this year the badminton net has not materialized and Karl is sticking to his workouts in the gym instead.
To cheer myself up and hopefully you too - here is a snap of some of the flowers from garden which I took a few weeks ago when the sun was shinning.
